Theme license & usage
Our themes can be acquired in two different licenses:
Single License – this license allows you to use theme on a single website. The copyright information must remain in the footer.
Multiple License – this license allows you to use on a multiple website. You may remove the copyright information in the footer.

All themes files are licensed and copyrighted under ZOOM PREMIUM.
Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our themes to fit your purposes, but you are not allowed to resell or redistribute our themes, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can a user place any of our themes, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium for distribution.
 
Theme Updates
All templates are always designed to be compatible with Blogger (blogspot), but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of Blogger. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with Blogger.
All updates and new versions of this theme will be free of charge for existing customers.
 
Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from the our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem. Every theme sold on ZOOM PREMIUM has a fully functional “live” demo running the stable version of Bloggger which can be tested at will.
 
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of Blogger or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work.

We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that ZOOM PREMIUM templates will work with all browsers combination.
